1. Purpose of This Disclaimer
This disclaimer is published separately from our Terms of Service so there is no ambiguity about the nature and limits of Dadmadar's content. We recommend reading it before using the service.
2. Platform Content Is Not Formal Legal Advice
Analyses, reports, success-probability estimates, and drafts generated by Dadmadar — until reviewed and approved by the handling attorney — are informational and advisory only, and do not constitute formal, citable legal advice.
3. When an Attorney-Client Relationship Forms
Simply registering on the platform, uploading documents, paying for an initial evaluation, or receiving an analytical report does not create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship begins only once a specific attorney formally accepts the case and a power-of-attorney / engagement agreement is signed between the user and that attorney. Before that point, no professional duty of representation exists with respect to the user's case.
4. AI Limitations
Part of the initial analysis is performed with the help of AI tools, which can make mistakes or misread a document. These limitations are described in detail in our AI Usage Policy.
5. No Guarantee of Court Outcome
Under no circumstances do Dadmadar or its partner attorneys guarantee the outcome of a case, a court ruling, or a decision by any reviewing authority. The outcome of any case depends on numerous factors — evidence, judicial practice, the presiding judge's assessment, and the specific facts of the case — that are outside Dadmadar's control.
6. Probability Is Not Certainty
Any percentage or "probability of success" estimate provided in a Dadmadar report is a statistical indicator meant to support better decision-making, not a definitive or binding prediction. Users should interpret these estimates alongside direct consultation with their handling attorney.
7. Laws May Change
Laws, regulations, and judicial practice may change after an analysis or report is issued. Dadmadar strives to keep its content current but accepts no responsibility for changes occurring after a report's issue date that are not reflected in it; final verification at the time of action is the responsibility of the handling attorney.
8. User Responsibility for Accurate Information
The accuracy and quality of any analysis depend directly on the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents the user provides. The user bears responsibility for any information that is false, incomplete, or misleading.
