1. Human Oversight

No AI output reaches the end user without review and approval by a licensed attorney. A human always remains at the center of every decision; AI serves purely as an analytical assistant.

2. Transparency

Dadmadar clearly discloses where AI is used in its process and what its limitations are. Precise technical architecture details are withheld for security and competitive reasons, but the general principles governing how AI is used are always available to users.

3. Fairness

Dadmadar strives to design and evaluate its AI tools so they treat different users fairly and consistently, regardless of gender, ethnicity, or other personal characteristics, and to reduce unintended bias in its analyses.

4. Explainability

AI outputs at Dadmadar are designed so an attorney can examine the basis for an analysis — such as the statutory provisions or documents cited — and assess its accuracy before final approval, rather than treating it as an unreviewable "black box."

5. Privacy by Design

Protecting user privacy is built into Dadmadar's AI processes from the design stage, including limiting external processing and anonymizing data whenever supplementary processing outside our internal infrastructure is necessary.

6. Security by Design

Dadmadar's AI systems and models are developed with security principles in mind from the outset, not bolted on at the end. Further detail is available in our Security Policy.

7. Accountability

Dadmadar is accountable for how its AI tools are designed, deployed, and operated. Professional and legal responsibility for any final output rests with the approving attorney, in line with our AI Usage Policy.

8. Continuous Monitoring

The performance of Dadmadar's AI tools is continuously monitored and evaluated so that errors, inconsistencies, or quality degradation can be identified and corrected.

9. Bias Mitigation

Dadmadar is committed to actively identifying and reducing potential bias in its data and outputs as part of ongoing model development, treating this as a permanent part of the product lifecycle rather than a one-time check.
