Dadmadar is not a "legal chatbot" or a system reliant on automated AI responses. It is a live, dynamic, and specialized environment in which an attorney's professional knowledge and experience, AI technology, legal-research tools, applicable laws and regulations, and relevant judicial precedent are all applied together within a single process.
At Dadmadar, technology serves legal expertise: AI plays the role of a supporting, analytical tool, and does not replace the attorney, their professional judgment, legal determination, or professional responsibility.
Legal services provided through Dadmadar are, depending on the type of service, carried out under the direction, review, preparation, approval, and professional responsibility of the attorney providing the service.
2. The Nature of Dadmadar
Dadmadar operates with the goal of providing high-quality, accurate, and specialized legal services. Its policy is grounded in service quality, professional accuracy, and matching the service to the user's actual need — not in maximizing user acquisition or providing mass, non-specialized services.
Whether a request is accepted, how it is referred to an attorney, the type of service, and whether the service can be provided are determined based on the subject matter, specialized capacity, urgency, complexity, and the feasibility of professional handling.
Dadmadar reserves the right to decline requests that fall outside its scope of services, capacity, professional competence, or quality standards.

Dadmadar uses proprietary AI and other intelligent technologies as supporting tools within its service-delivery process.
These tools may be used to search sources, retrieve laws and regulations, identify comparable precedents, extract information, analyze documents, classify data, summarize content, compare texts, propose an argumentative structure, and prepare drafts.
No AI output, on its own, forms the basis of the final legal service delivered to the user; depending on the type of service, the final output is reviewed, evaluated, corrected, and approved by the attorney providing the service.
5. Acceptance of Requests
Submitting a request through Dadmadar does not mean it has been definitively accepted. Once a request is submitted, it is reviewed, and if the service can be provided, the applicable service, terms, cost, and estimated timeline are communicated to the user.
6. Information Provided by the User
The user undertakes to provide information and documents that are accurate, complete, truthful, and up to date, without intentionally omitting any material information. Responsibility for the consequences of concealment, misrepresentation, or the provision of incomplete or false information rests with the user, within the limits of applicable law.
7. User Account
The user is responsible for maintaining the security of their account. Transferring the account, unauthorized use, or sharing the account password is prohibited.
8. Confidentiality
Dadmadar treats user information and submitted documents as confidential. Their processing and access are governed by our Privacy Policy, applicable professional confidentiality requirements, and relevant regulations.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights relating to Dadmadar's software, design, structure, algorithms, databases, proprietary content, trade name, marks, templates, and infrastructure belong to their respective rights holder.
10. Prohibited Use
Using Dadmadar to commit a crime, engage in fraud, forgery, or deception, infringe the rights of others, gain unauthorized access, carry out a cyberattack, unlawfully extract data, disrupt the system, distribute malware, attempt to access other users' case files, disclose other users' confidential information, or engage in any other unlawful activity is prohibited.
11. Cost of Services
The cost of each service is determined based on its type, subject matter, complexity, volume of documents, urgency, and level of expertise required, and is communicated to the user before the service begins. Payment of this fee does not constitute a guarantee of the outcome of a case, a court ruling, a decision by an administrative authority, or the achievement of the user's intended goal.
12. No Guarantee of Outcome
The obligation of Dadmadar and the attorney providing the service is, in principle, an obligation of means — to undertake reasonable and necessary professional actions — and not an obligation of result. No outcome is guaranteed, including but not limited to the issuance of a particular ruling, acceptance of a claim, dismissal of a claim, conviction of the opposing party, acquittal, debt collection, issuance of a permit or license, acceptance of a petition, or the achievement of any specific economic result.
13. International Services
Depending on its resources, expertise, and the circumstances of each case, Dadmadar may provide legal services related to international matters. Providing an international service does not imply that Dadmadar accepts judicial jurisdiction or a right to practice law in every country.
14. Changes to These Terms
Dadmadar may amend these Terms of Service in the event of changes to applicable law, technology, business processes, or services.
