1. Introduction
Dadmadar is a legal-technology (LegalTech) platform designed to facilitate the delivery of legal services by licensed attorneys.
Dadmadar provides participating attorneys with a software platform, intelligent tools, legal search systems, and AI-driven analysis capabilities so they can review user cases with greater accuracy, speed, and quality.
All legal reports, analyses, strategic recommendations, success-probability assessments, draft petitions, briefs, and other legal services delivered through Dadmadar are reviewed, approved, and taken responsibility for by a licensed attorney before being finalized for the user.
Dadmadar itself is not a law firm or a licensed attorney; it provides the technology infrastructure that enables partner attorneys to deliver legal services.
2. Definitions
In this document, the following terms have the meanings set out below:
- Dadmadar: the software system, website, online services, API, and all associated subsystems provided by the platform owner.
- User: any natural or legal person who uses Dadmadar's services.
- Professional User: an attorney, articling law clerk, legal consultant, law firm, or any person using the platform's services on a professional basis.
- Content: any text, image, file, document, information, petition, contract, brief, ruling, uploaded file, or data created, uploaded, or processed by users or the system.
- AI: all machine-learning models, large language models (LLMs), semantic search engines, and other intelligent technologies used within Dadmadar.
- Services: all capabilities offered through Dadmadar, including case analysis, document search, recommendation of legal strategy, drafting of legal documents, summarization, information extraction, and other current or future features.
3. Scope of Services
Dadmadar is designed to increase the productivity of legal professionals. Its services may include:
- Preliminary analysis of legal cases.
- Document summarization.
- Extraction of information from legal documents.
- Search of relevant laws, regulations, and judicial rulings.
- Suggested structure for petitions, briefs, contracts, and other legal texts.
- Classification and management of documents.
- AI-based analytical reports.
- Other services that may be added to the platform in the future.
Dadmadar is a supporting tool for legal professionals and does not replace the knowledge, experience, judgment, or professional responsibility of an attorney or legal consultant.
4. Conditions of Use
Use of Dadmadar's services is subject to the following conditions:
- The user must keep their registration information accurate and up to date.
- The user is responsible for safeguarding their username and password.
- The user is responsible for all activity carried out through their account.
- Transferring an account to another person without Dadmadar's written authorization is not permitted.
- The user must notify Dadmadar promptly upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access.
5. Eligibility
By using the platform, the user confirms that they:
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Will use the services in a manner consistent with the laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
- Have provided information that is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
- Will not use the platform to commit a crime, engage in fraud, infringe the rights of others, or carry out any unlawful activity.
If a user provides false information or uses the service in violation of applicable law, Dadmadar may temporarily or permanently restrict or suspend that user's access.
6. Limitation of Liability
Outputs generated by Dadmadar's AI tools (including case analysis, success-probability assessments, and draft documents) are advisory in nature and are reviewed by an attorney before being finalized; however, Dadmadar makes no guarantee regarding the final outcome of any case, court ruling, or decision by a reviewing authority.
Dadmadar shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost opportunity or profit, or any harm arising from a decision made solely on the basis of AI output without final attorney confirmation. Ultimate professional responsibility for each case rests with the handling attorney, in accordance with bar association rules.
In any event, Dadmadar's liability to a user is limited to the amount the user paid for the specific service in question.
7. Force Majeure
Dadmadar is not liable for any failure or delay in providing services caused by events reasonably beyond its control, including internet or telecommunications disruptions, power outages, natural disasters, sanctions, government or regulatory decisions, or cyberattacks. In such cases, Dadmadar will make reasonable efforts to resume service as soon as practicable.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service, and any use of Dadmadar's services, are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
9. Dispute Resolution
Dadmadar will first attempt to resolve disputes through direct negotiation and communication with the user. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations before the competent courts or arbitration bodies of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
10. Amendments
Dadmadar may amend these Terms of Service at any time to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. Changes will be announced by publishing an updated version of this page and noting the last-updated date. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
