Dadmadar treats information and documents related to users' cases as confidential. Access to this information is limited strictly to what is required for professional, technical, contractual, or legal purposes.
5. Attorney Access
An attorney's access to a user's information will be proportionate to the relevant case and their professional responsibility.
6. Use of Artificial Intelligence
Case information and documents may be used within Dadmadar's internal AI analysis and processing. Dadmadar strives to minimize or remove unnecessary and identifying information within these AI-driven processes wherever possible.
User information is not used for general-purpose training of AI models, except where the user's explicit, separate consent has been obtained, or where use of the information is otherwise permitted under a legal authorization.
7. Third Parties
Third-party service providers may be used to deliver certain technical, payment, infrastructure, security, hosting, or other necessary services.

14. Prohibited Conduct
The following are prohibited: committing a crime; submitting forged documents or false information; deceiving an attorney or the platform; using a false identity; infringing intellectual property rights; unauthorized access; intrusion; cyberattacks; distributing malware; disrupting the platform; unlawfully extracting data; reverse engineering; using another person's account; selling or transferring an account; disclosing other users' confidential information; and any other use contrary to applicable laws and regulations.
15. Dadmadar's Response to Violations
In the event of a violation of this policy, Dadmadar may, depending on the severity and nature of the violation, restrict the user's access, suspend or block the account, halt the order, and, where applicable, pursue the matter through the competent legal authorities.
